Off-Ice Training

Off Ice training is just as important as on ice training. Think of it as studying for a test! All the work you put in off the ice into your training will reflect beautifully on the ice. I work with figure skaters on figure skating specific workouts and techniques, promoting flexibility, injury prevention, jump technique, and spins.

Here is my recommended list of materials for off-ice training:

  • Tennis shoes

  • Jump rope
